2008 1040FU Santa Barbara County Syrah $19.99

The 2008 Santa Barbara CountySyrah was sourced from three distinct vineyards: Camp 4 (40%), Tierra Alta (30%), and Colson Canyon (30%). The Camp 4 brings in bright notes of raspberry, red stone fruits, and earth while the Tierra Alta introduces a deep, jammy core of black fruits and berries. The Colson pulls it all together with just the right hints of chocolate, minerals, smoked meats and a streak of tannins to balance it all out. Drink this wine now or age it over the next 3 to 5 years.

2008 Paso Robles Red Wine $14.99

Grown amidst the liberal climate of Santa Barbara County California. Just beyond the reach of various bureaucratic coastal agencies a small south facing hillside was somehow permitted and cultivated in the 90’s. Today twisted gnarly vines are testament to the ongoing struggle tax payers preparers face. Nurtured with no government subsidies this bold delicious wine is taxed at a 235% higher rate than wines below 14% alcoholic content. Support the budget process & enjoy this beautiful wine!
